With a pool of experienced and passionate faculty members headed by Mr. Gupta, Pioneer Education has transformed the lives of so many students from different parts of Northern India. As a crusader and a born Math magician he himself faced lot of challenges during his student life which helped him design the right strategies for each child in the 11th and 12th level. By giving multiple revisions and practice he ensures optimized learning and problem solving skills in the students. By this they can effectively manage their time and handle competitive pressure and so achieve their dreams.

Mrs. Neetika Gupta

Neetika Gupta studied at Punjab University, Chandigarh. She has done her masters in English and Public Administration. After that she did her B.Ed and NTT. After starting work at Pioneer education she realized how important is teaching English to very young learners, she has been working here from last 12 years. She always believes in bringing lots of new and exciting ideas to the team.

She focuses a lot on basic grammar and the vocabulary. These days the students do not practice on their reading and writing skills so her strategy is to bring out the best in each child by improving on these aspects.

Mr.Sumit Khajooria

Mr.Sumit Khajooria did his school education from Himachal Pradesh with Medical Stream because of love & passion for Science. He has done his graduation in Biotechnology from Punjab Technical University and afterwards he completed his Masters in Biotechnology from Delhi.

While he was pursuing Graduation he felt the essence of basic foundations required for every student who wish to opt for science stream and decided to start his career as a Science Teacher for junior classes (8th, 9th &10th), as these are the classes in which the student can develop their quest for learning.

Driven by his passion for teaching he joined Pioneer Education in the year 2009. Along with teaching he has been actively working on building a strong foundation of his students with a vision. “Science is not a subject to understand or to learn, but is to explore.”

Students can explore any subject once they get involved positively with confidence. He himself believe that self confidence, curiosity & sharing your thoughts and ideas is the best way to develop your mindset for achieving anything in your studies and shaping your career. According to him instead of rote learning, we should encourage students to think practically about every problem and should train them to visualize the problem.
